Terms of Use

1. The service

Taskir is an AI-powered personal assistant app for managing tasks, reminders, expenses and your schedule. The service is provided as-is, and we are constantly improving it.

2. Your account

An account with a valid email address is required. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and inbox. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Subscription & payment

• Some capabilities require a paid subscription, purchased and managed through the App Store / Google Play under their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Subscriptions are subject to a fair-use policy: generous monthly usage quotas designed to prevent abuse. A typical user will never encounter them.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store settings.

4. Content & responsibility

• The content you create (tasks, reminders, memories) is yours.
• Taskir relies on AI processing — misunderstandings or scheduling inaccuracies can occur. Double-check important details (appointments, payments, critical deadlines) and do not rely on the service exclusively for medical, legal or financial matters.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to harm others.

5. Privacy

Data collection and processing are described in the Privacy Policy — it is part of these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when needed; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
